Sign up for the new yoga vs. Netflix challenge and more easily start something new, make the change in your everyday life. Make a reset for your soul and body with the wonderful program we are preparing. Lots of yoga practice, asana, pranayama, retreat technique, concentration, yoga nidra, face yoga workshops, lectures and lots of interesting content, for a complete break from everyday life and an incentive to change for the better. The challenge takes place entirely online, if you don't manage to come during the time when we run classes or workshops, we will send you a recording, so you don't miss anything.

Sign up and reserve your spot because the number of participants is limited. Although the challenge takes place online, the number is limited due to individual approach and individual consultations with participants.



The price of the challenge includes a complete program of yoga, asana, pranayama, pratyahara (withdrawal of attention), dharana and dhyana (concentration and introduction to meditation), yoga nidra, complete asana practice with an emphasis on inversions. workshops, face yoga workshops and lectures, and you will also receive instructions and recommendations on nutrition during the challenge.


Why do we emphasize inversions? To reawaken the child in us and return to the present moment🙏😊


You will also receive recommendations on how to implement Raw Food a little bit into your life, which undoubtedly brings us the most lightness, energy and well-being. Regardless of what you decide to do next, be sure to try to introduce as much fresh plant-based nutrition into your life as possible during the challenge, and you will surely feel the benefits of a raw diet in just 7 days.

Iris Š. shared her experience with us: "The challenge was great for me, a very nice experience, motivating and inspiring. I think we had the opportunity to learn a lot, to become aware of things that we might not have paid so much attention to. I personally noticed that I start the day happier, little things make me happier more than before, and in negative situations I spontaneously notice the positive. When I start my day like that, it's hard for anything to spoil it. I think it would be a snowball effect, I just didn't know, nor did I think about it, that there really is a name for it. I also noticed that I started to enjoy some positions that I wasn't particularly fond of until now. As for the lectures, they were excellent, informative and stimulating. The lecture on fear especially delighted me, it was really wonderful. I'm very glad that I had the opportunity to participate in the challenge. I am grateful to you for making it possible for us, and to all three of you for being willing to share your knowledge and experience with us. I hope that we will have more challenges, lectures and opportunities to learn and progress."


Zrinka H. shared her experience with us: "I really enjoy the challenge. I exercise every day, I adapt the time to my obligations and opportunities and, as with the last challenge, I notice enormous changes: I am overcome by some peace and tranquility, strength, and this is reflected and on the environment. Due to the current life challenges I am facing, my normally low blood pressure has risen a lot, but entering the challenge everything has changed. I like to work on opening my heart, I really like asanas the camel, the bridge, and the candle. The warriors not so much : ) and the headstand is a secret challenge for me, but I love all the asanas except the warrior :)))"


Lucija P. shared her experience with yoga: "The challenges I face are related to a lack of energy, and this is where yoga helps me a lot. Often after a long day and all the work, I feel very tired, and when I set aside time for yoga at the end of such a day, I get energy, I sleep better and the next day I feel more rested and better. Many other physical activities do not have this effect because I often feel that I have to force something, whereas in yoga I do as much as I feel will benefit me. Also because I sit a lot, it helps me a lot for my back, and I noticed that I eat much better when I do yoga regularly and I have less need for sweet and fatty food. As soon as I don't practice yoga for a while, I feel back pain, sleepiness and I want to eat junk food."
